We believe that honesty is the best policy in today’s online shopping market. Therefore, we designed the most generous, fair, and transparent store policy for our customers. Please read the following sections to learn more about how we ship or exchange products. Then, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
If you’re not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately. We offer a limited money-back guarantee for all online purchases. If the product is faulty, we will refund your money or send you a new item – your choice. If you purchased the wrong size or an incorrect item was shipped, we’ll swap it over, no questions asked.
To start the process, please send us an email via our Contact/Support page with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- The issue (incorrect, wrong size, etc.)
- What you’d like (exchange or refund)
To return or exchange your purchase, you need to notify us within three days of delivery. In addition, we must receive the product in the same condition that you received it; Original tags, box, unworn, and undamaged beyond how you received the item(s).
We do not accept returns on perishable items, food, beverages, intimates, gift cards, custom items, or digital products.
After receiving your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if it’s in an original resellable condition. Additionally, we refund all defective manufacturing 100% of the time (excluding the above categories).
Your payment refund will process via the same method used for the original payment. Depending on the payment institution and method, processing may take between 5 and 10 business days.
